The Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre Hotel was officially opened at the end of 2017 and acquired by Union Investment at the beginning of 2018.

This building’s architecture was inspired by New York’s famous Flatiron Building. Avison Young provided technical support and advisory services during both the pre-opening phase of the building and the transition to the new owner. All procedures and systems were reviewed, the building’s structure and equipment verified and adjusted in terms of expected standards, and final checks and tests of the main systems and installations were conducted.

Avison Young was further providing landlord technical supervision of the hotel property.
