Hillwood Logistics Centre Częstochowa-Miasto will be a modern park consisting of 2 warehouses totaling ca. 64,000 square matres GLA. It is located next to 2 national roads, connecting the north and south of Poland. 

Avison Young brokered the land purchase for Hillwood. This is the 6th transaction completed on behalf of Hillwood in just 2.5 years.
