The Sheraton Grand is recognised as one of the best hotels in Kraków. This is a unique Sheraton hotel, the only one titled as “Grand” in Poland.

The property was fully refurbished in 2016 according to plans prepared by the well-known London-based architect Alex Kravetz.
Avison Young was initially responsible for technical due diligence during the Invesco acquisition process.

Avison Young also secured the contract for providing technical advisory for the landlord, including participation with the hotel’s operator with technical budget preparation and coordination, identification of potential investments and improvements, as well as full project management of jointly selected and landlord approved Capex refurbishment projects, etc.
