In Q3 2018, Union Investment acquired hotel Park Inn by Radisson from UBM Development AG and Lindocernia.

Avison Young was supporting the new owner of the asset in landlord technical supervision and conducted project management. Technical Advisory Team supported the investor in – among other duties - fulfilling ladlord’s technical obligations, managing technical projects and budgeting.
