Martley industrial portfolio sold

We are happy to announce that we have just closed a deal in Wrocław industrial hub. Martley Capital Group sold two warehouses, in Długołęka and in Oleśnica, both in the vicinity of Wrocław, located close to express roads, enabling fast and easy access not only to other regions of Poland but also to Czechia and Germany. These two assets offer ca. 21,500 sqm GLA altogether.
