Ozimska Park sold

Ozimska Park goes from Redkom Development to Newgate Investment. Avison Young investment team represented the buyer in this transaction. This is also the second time this year when we have pleasure to cooperate with both parties in a convenience retail transaction.

This is a large and modern retail park located in Opole, offering ca. 17,000 sqm of space.
