Avison Young boosting global integrated occupier platform

Industry veteran Keith Knox named Principal and President of Occupier Services

Chicago, Toronto, London – Avison Young announced today the strategic appointment of Keith Knox as Principal and President of Occupier Services. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for the acceleration of the firm’s global occupier platform, helping clients achieve their outcomes around space planning, facility management, productivity and more. Knox will integrate Avison Young’s existing occupier offerings, tap into leading data and technology tools – including AVANT by Avison Young, and create connections and processes to make client-centric services seamless.

Knox will serve on the Executive Committee and report to Principal and President of Clients, Harry Klaff and partner with Avison Young’s national Presidents, service line leaders and AVANT teams to accelerate delivery of balanced, cohesive occupier offerings.

Knox brings to the firm more than 25 years of extensive experience in building processes, tools, metrics and go-to-market strategies for integrated businesses. Most recently he served as Managing Director and Sales Lead for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group in the Central Region of the U.S.
