Mazovia Plaza acquired by Polish investor

Mazovia Plaza, an office building located in the heart of Praga Północ, Warsaw, has been divested by Martley Capital Group. Avison Young acted as the exclusive sale agent – well done, Bartlomiej Krzyzak!

The buyer is a Polish investor. This transaction confirms that Polish capital is making a strong impact on the domestic market. In 2024, it accounted for nearly 40% of office transactions, reflecting a growing interest in smaller office assets. Investors are no longer focusing solely on residential properties - commercial real estate is now firmly on their radar.
