Rock Park Radom sold to LCP

We are pleased to share the successful completion of another project with ROCK CAPITAL.! Avison Young had pleasure of representing the seller in the divestment of Rock Park Radom, which has now been acquired by LCP Properties, a recognized investor in the retail park sector. This fully leased retail park offers approx. 3,400 sqm of GLA and will soon be rebranded as M Park.
