City Living portfolio sold

We are happy to inform that Avison Young Investment Advisory team represented City Living in a disposal of the standing and operating fully-let PRS portfolio. The assets are located in Warsaw (x2), Poznań and Bydgoszcz. The disposal includes also a permitted residential land for further development in Warsaw.
