Trinity One sold by Revetas Capital

Another deal this year closed by Avison Young in Mokotow Business District in Warsaw. Trinity One office complex has been sold by Revetas Capital. Avison Young investment team represented the seller in this transaction as the exclusive sales agent.

In Q3 2024, 4 of 9 transactions took place in Mokotów Business District which is gaining momentum as pricing is more attractive for the buyers.
