Rzecznik Praw Pacjenta changes seat
January 10, 2024Commissioner for Patients' Rights has changed its Warsaw office
Since January 1st, 2024, the Commissioner for Patients' Rights has been operational at the new address. The institution opted to relocate its Warsaw office and now occupies the entire office building at 11/13 Plocka St. in the Wola district. The site enjoys excellent accessibility within the urban structure, positioned just above the M2 "Plocka" subway station and adjacent to tram and bus stops. Ensuring easy access for patients was a priority for the institution.
Avison Young's Office Agency team supported and facilitated the negotiation process between the new tenant and the building's owner, Dantex. The Commissioner for Patients' Rights currently occupies approximately 2,600 sq m. of space.
"National institutions present unique demands as tenants," notes Dominik Pawlak, Director, Office Agency at Avison Young. "They have specific requirements and needs. For the Commissioner for Patients' Rights, a significant advantage of the new premises is being the sole occupant of the building, providing enhanced comfort and security of work."
