Waterside sold by Deka to Alides

Deka Immobilien sold Waterside mixed-use property to Alides. Avison Young advised the seller in the disposal.

Waterside is a mixed-use property located in Gdańsk at Długie Ogrody street – picturesque and prestigious location within the Old Town district. It offers ca. 9,320 sqm GLA of office and retail space. It hosts also Moon Hostel. Waterside provides 113 parking places, both over- and underground. Currently it is leased to ING and Santander banks, Moon Hostel, Biedronka, Future Electronics and LPP.

DPPA provided legal advisory to the seller, while Dentons and CBRE advised the buyer.
