Hillwood purchased industrial land in Częstochowa

Avison Young brokered the land purchase for Hillwood. This is the 6th transaction completed on behalf of Hillwood in just 2.5 years.

Dallas based Hillwood – renowned leading American developer of industrial, commercial and residential real estate, acquired new industrial land in Czestochowa – important transit city in Poland. Hillwood Logistics Centre Częstochowa-Miasto will be a modern park consisting of 2 warehouses totaling ca. 64,000 square matres GLA. It is located next to 2 national roads, connecting the north and south of Poland.
