Chariot Group B.V. sold its stores rent by OBI and located in Gdańsk and Łódź. The new owner is Marr Holdings, headquartered in Republic of South Africa. This acquisition constitutes the first transaction in the Polish real estate market for Marr Holdings who assures to have further investment plans in Poland.
