Bokserska is a modern in-town warehouse scheme consisting of warehouse and office spaces totaling 18,000 sqm of GLA. It is located at 66A Bokserska Street within Mokotów Business District. Bokserska neighbourhood district is changing its character from industrial to office and residential.

It is fully let to Ecco (Danish manufacturer’s headquarter and distribution centre for e-commerce in Poland), US Embassy and Bemondi (sales center and furniture’s exposition). The property has an excellent access to expressway S79, southern ring of Warsaw and Chopin airport’s cargo terminal.
