Helion and Luminar sold

White Stone Development enriched its commercial property portfolio by purchase of two new assets – office buildings Helion and Luminar. Avison Young represented the seller, DEKA Immobilien, in the transaction.

White Stone Development enriched its commercial property portfolio by purchase of two new assets – office buildings Helion and Luminar. Avison Young represented the seller, DEKA Immobilien, in the transaction. Value of the transaction is estimated at the level of ca. EUR 21 mln.

Buildings are located in Warsaw at 7 Cybernetyki Street in the dynamically developing, modern business district – Służewiec. “In the last few months we have noted a significant increase in the interest of investors in assets in Służewiec district. After a year and a half without major transactions, the district is again becoming an attractive destination for buyers. This trend is bound to continue and further transactions are expected in the coming months.” – comments Michał Ćwikliński, Principal, Managing Director – Poland, Avison Young.

The buildings offer ca. 15,500 square metres of space. Among main tenants there are such companies as mBank, Bigram, Van Pur and Vienna Insurance Group.

The buyer was supported in the transaction by Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak and MDDP.
