Summarizing activities in the Polish commercial real estate market in 2018, GVA appears as the fourth property sales investment agency in terms of transactions volume.

The team concluded 8 transactions in the past year. The biggest ones are exceeding EUR 100 mln transaction volume each – disposal of Warsaw office building Spektrum Tower from Europa Capital to Globalworth for EUR 101 mln and disposal of shopping centres CH Czyżyny, CH Guliwer and CH Bielawy (Bainbridge Portfolio) from Aerium to Newbridge for significantly more than EUR 100 mln (albeit the exact number is confidential).

The sale side transactions concluded by GVA Polska were office properties, logistics assets as well as retail schemes, as GVA is active in all the main property investment sectors.

This is a great success for the firm established in the Polish market only in late 2017.
